Maurer Construction LLC has a proven track record in working with all participants in a truly team oriented approach where everyone’s input is integrated to create the best end-product for the Owner.
Our Founder & President, David Maurer is a 1985 graduate of The University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction (the country’s number one rated construction engineering and management program), and has been a Licensed General Contractor in multiple states for over 26 years.
It is our PURPOSE to provide complete and superior construction services for any project we undertake.
It is our PROMISE to serve the project competently and professionally, expending all necessary effort to meet the pre-established project goals.
It is our RESPONSIBILITY to execute the work charged to us safely, timely, and with good quality.
Maurer Construction was founded in 2002 in order to combine experience from all types of projects and owner relationships around the country, formal education and large project skills, and most importantly intimate knowledge of the people, resources and methods needed to build successful projects in multiple regions across the United States.
It is our purpose to provide complete start to finish construction services. We endeavor to keep construction headaches away from the owners and the project team and provide a quality project, on time, and at a great price.
We work with owners and their architects at no cost from the beginning of the project to help with permitting, budgeting, planning, and value-engineering in the hope of earning the privilege to build their facilities. We have a long list of very happy owners who return to us to continue building their projects.
We have a large amount of experience in high-end construction and national tenant construction. This allows us to combine our experience and relationships with a broader understanding of construction materials and methods currently being utilized. This facilitates the best pricing, quality and aesthetics offered in the project’s area.
