Four story wood frame 320’ long structure totaling 74,601 sf. Hotel has 126 keys, project included a complex earthwork package as project sat atop a mountain that was an old mining site. Project was completed start to finish in 10 months.

Four story wood frame structure totaling 53,157 sf. Hotel has 82 keys. Project was part of a completed development with extremely constrictive work space and a tight schedule. Project was completed start to finish in 8.5 months.

Project was an “L” shape structure constructed on a hillside, and included a massive retaining wall system with public roadwork, retention ponds, and substantial site amenities. Four story wood frame structure totaling 62,228 sf. Hotel has 80 keys. Project included a 6,500 sf convention center, a 5,200 sf MacKenzie River Pizza franchise, and a complete site development package. Work was performed on the Flathead Indian Reservation with resort community labor challenges. Project was completed start to finish in 10 months.

Butte, Montana

Four story wood framed structure totaling 53,597sf hotel with 84 keys, including pool and spa. Included complete site development package. Butte is a very small and extremely strict union mining town with limited labor resources. The elevation of this project was 5,538ft in the thick of the Rocky Mountain snow belt. This project was successfully completed through a very harsh winter with very limited resources.

Three story wood frame structure totaling 53,446 sf. Hotel has 83 keys including conference and meeting room facilities and pool and spa. Includes complete site development package with an additional public road and cul de sac. This project was successfully completed through difficult winter weather in eleven months.

Five story block and plank structure totaling 86,610 sf. Hotel has 139 keys including meeting room facilities, bar & lounge, and pool & spa. Includes complete site development package with a comprehensive two month site over excavation work scope due to very poor soil conditions. This project was successfully completed in 15 months and included extensive interior design modifications throughout the course of construction.
